Did they say what the fees were for? ( guessing its for breach of contract as you haven't sent back some imaginary letters of authority ? )

What was the number they rang from? ( or who was the company ? )

hi, looking for help in regards to banksmart and "without predjudice save as to costs" legal proceedings to be issued against you in court.

my story is very similar to above post, and they are threatening legal action, i have asked for correspondence from them with account details as i cant remember anything from 2011.

the invoices were named " cancellation (confirmed email.)" and then the other are with interest, legal and admin fee and court fee. which total £395.63 and then the other part is invoice total, collection fees, statutory invoice and legal admin fees, and court fees totalling £784.59.

i am in debt and on a zero hour contract with no savings, i do not have any money to pay this amount and don't see why i should.. please can you help and advice =. i have severe depression and anxiety and feel threatened
