    jsk claims GMAC RFC

    I had a mortgage with GMAC RFC from 2001 to 2008 i have been waiting three years for payout

    i had mortgage arrears and none dd payments as i had my bank account taken off me so could only pay by building society pass book with post dated cheque £3500 was the total of fees added to loan 10% the have only offered £1000 pounds i have all the sar paper work

    how do i complain to ombudsman
