  • N244 - which court?

    Hi.
    a
A friend of mine has received a Notice of Enforcement issued through Gloucester and Cheltenham District Registry, dared 29 May this year.
We have got hold of the claim form, which was issued to Northampton County Court, and the judgment, issued at County Court Money Claims Centre in Salford.
The claim is from a road accident where my friend was the driver. He was named driver on an insurance held by the owner of the taxi.
All correspondence was sent to an old address of a solicitor, and returned undelivered. It seems that the solicitor was being used by the insurer, but we haven't got all the details yet. My friend, the taxi driver, is named with his address on the claim form, so when correspondence was returned from the solicitors should they not have written direct to him if they thought he was liable?
Any way, we are doing form n244, but which court shoild it be sent to?
    Thanks in advance
