  • Amigo loans

Hi, could you please give me some advice on what I should do, I use a debt support service to pay my debts and now I'm having problems with Amigo who have said that they don't believe the incomings and outgoings although they know that I get PIP, income support and my husband gets carers for me, although we inherited this debt it did fall into arrears, I've not missed payments but they were less than what the original payment was, I am now paying more but Amigo won't agree to the new amount they've asked for bank statements or court action, do I have to provide these to Amigo as I consider them private. HELP

What debt support service are you using and have they gone through your income and expenditure with you on something like the standard financial statement ?

When you say inherited the debt - was this as a guarantor on the original loan ?

Any support I provide is offered without liability, if you are unsure please seek professional legal guidance.
