    I have been four years into a DMP, and had two payments going to Arrowglobal/NCO for two catalogue accounts that were paid off at the end of October last year. I have a letter from NCO confirming last payment for one, as the company does not exist anymore, and the other a catalouge statement showing nil balance, and no statements from that point onwards.

    In the last few days, I keep getting calls from Capquest/Arrow Global, I answered the house phone after they had called my mobile, and the conversation was a bit confusing as I was waiting on a parcel being delivered, and thought it was do with that.

    I refused to speak to them, the person who called sort of implied that I did hold debt with them, I have not recevied any correspondence from any of the companies that I am still paying through Stepchange, that they have changed hands.

    Is there some kind of letter I can send to Capquest stating not to contact me by phone, and if they have any issue to put it in writing.

    it seems strange that they have started calling me, but not had any communication with any issues through out time that Stepchange were paying them.

    just to say the credit files shows as paid to both as well
