Re: BW Legal Claim Form in court

Having just read up on google i have found out that asset collections are part of lowell so that is why there is a £2 payment (showing on the statement as 2 seperate £1 payments. So bryan carter and asset collections were both asked for cca requests on behalf of lowell and neither sent them to us and had the cheek to put it on as 2 £1 payments making it look as though we have made payments.

I wonder what the judge will make of that.

Bryan carter / Lowell will try every trick in the book, hoping that you will make a mistake, admit the debt and making a payment.
      Do neither.
Let Lowell and sidekick Carter do all the chasing. Let them prove by way of a letter or other, that the £2.00 was a payment for any debt.
Stand up to them, make sure the judge knows that you requested information about the alleged debt, particularly details of the last payment, but none were forthcoming.
Stand firm, it will soon be over.

        CASE WON .

A quick update. My husband went to court this morning and the judge dismissed the case due to lowells not providing the right paperwork and the paperwork that they did provide was a joke and the judge told them so. They tried to get him on the 2 x £1 payments but the judge was having none of it. He did not even have to speak lowell stitched themselves up lol.
Thank you to everyone who helped us with this we could not have done this without you. We are very grateful for all your time and effort to help us with this case.

"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

                    Waaa hooo!:ymca:
Wow! Another slap in the tender parts for the DCAs. This should never have gone to court and this couple should never have had to go through this stress.
