  • Barclaycard PPI

    Hi

I have sent a SAR to Barclaycard to work out the charges on my account. They sent nearly 8 years worth of statements back but the account has not been active for the last 5-6 years and I have been paying back a small figure each month. When I received these I noticed that I had been paying PPI from 1995 to 2006. My account was basically always on the limit so it works out to be quite a large amount. I am unsure however whether I will be able to claim as I ticked the box on the application form.

I received a sheet about the PPI sale that says it was an 'advised sale' I have posted this sheet below.

I did not receive any T&C's about the PPI and was not asked about any pre existing medical conditions. Also, I went self employed later and this would not have covered me but I wasnt aware as I had not been sent any T&C's.

Do you think I have grounds for claiming back the PPI?

    Regards
