Thanks for this very useful information. I have been struggling with useless staff in the Indian call centre and am desperate to make a complaint. In order to get an appointment with the local branch here, they have to FAX the bank, unbelievable, and get them to ring me. they are utterly uselss. thank goodness only my credit card is with them, and that was not by choice but because they took over Goldfish, since when chaos has ruled. This site is very useful.
