Scammed Again

Not sure if this is the right section to put this in, but as it concerns credit /debit cards thought it might be
My daughter has hadf money taken out of her bank account for the 3rd time, the bank reimbursed her before, but this time the money was taken out through Paypal, who she is contacting,the amount was for over £60,she has recently used her card on ebay so i would guess its connected she has changed her card since the last time but its still happened again

Is her bank account connected to her PayPal account. As it might not be taking payments from her card, but by direct debit through paypal. Does she know who the payment went to through her PayPal account? It should show the transaction in her PayPal transaction history, and she can open a dispute regarding said payment online.

Thank you for your quick response, she doesnt have a paypal account as such, just pays by debit card through paypal, she has checked it tonight,and there is a name and address, but it is probably false, and says on her account page ,unconfirmed, the money was taken for a galaxy car engine, she is sending an email to paypal, i dont know how they have got her card no again,it seems it was paid by mobile,

I have googled the address and it is an address in Geelong, is that Australia, ? its a car repair place
