  • CCA request Cap 1

    Hi everyone
After requesting copy of credit agreement, Capital 1 has sent dh a letter and a copy of the agreement and T&C's. What is the next stage? The letter states that the agreement is enforceable and that they will not be entering into any further correspondence regarding the provision of copy agreements. Any advice? Many thanks!

It may be worth while posting copies here (with personal information removed), this will allow people to check their compliance.

Was the CCA request in response to a Letter Before Action or receipt of a Claim pack?

standard response from Capital One, they will not admit a CCA might be unenforceable!
