I am using moneyclaim. The defendant denied owing money to me and that they were legally connected to me and never my landlord. I responded by sending a copy of the Tenancy Deposit Certificate.
The defendant is wealthy, owning over 20 properties and has engaged a senior partner in a solicitors practice to represent them.
The solicitor is now attempting to get the case 'struck out'. The reason is as before but omitting the 'never my landlord'.
Any advise would be most welcome.
