    Hi All
Having just viewed the forum on this website, I felt compelled to write my plight regarding a case with someone and a credit card debt being passed to Robinson Way and now to Howard Cohen. I was paying off a debt with a card company taken out 9 yrs ago, until December when I phoned the card co. to tell them I had moved. I was told that they had sold the debt to Hoist Holdings ( they had sent the last 6 payments I had been making to the card co. onto Hoist Holdings- I stopped payments when I heard this) , I have received many letters demanding the amount for six months and phone calls from them very frequently. The next thing is I got a letter demanding the same from Robinson Way, a firm of collectors demanding the same and they have been phoning me every day for over a month. I have now received a letter from a firm called Howard Cohen who have given me until a date in June to respond (no signature on the letter). I was offered a discount of 25% at one stage but now it has reverted back to the full amount.
