I’ve posted here before in regards to an alleged debt I owe in the amount of £1008 this debt has an CCJ on it which was apparently issued in 2015 I don’t ever recall having debt this big for an alleged mail order account. I have disputed the debt with Lowell Solicitors and they tell me the original debt was £810 the rest is court costs and interest Charges I did have some mail order accounts in 2007 which did default but they were for small amounts around £150-£250 I asked Lowell to provide me with a CCA agreement Which they provided me with this morning which is unsigned I will attach a copy of this I don’t ever have a recollection for a debt this big I’m not sure what to do next I was going to make an offer of settlement for around £405 just to have it done with and get me some peace of mine back
