I would like some advise on a redundancy matter . My wife has worked for her. Present employer for 20 years. Her employer lease the building and has for nearly 30 year but his lease in August will not be renewed as the owner. Are having the premises knocked down for a housing plot . I would like know if my wife is entitled to redundancy and from whom as here employer has told her and the other staff he does not have to pay them .
