  • Lender not sold property

Hi, i would like to know if i have any legal rights to claim compensation, 5yrs ago a second charge lender gained possession of what was out home, even though its come to light they didnt have a consumer credit license..
The property had over 600k equity, from what was owed to first charge and second .. according to the valuation at the time.. today.. it should be over 900k.
the lender has done nothing.. they apparently put security in the house.. and was truned into a drugs factory..
5yrs on and we have suffered hardship and problems with health.. its broke our family and now we are separated.
the lender wont talk to me in depth.. all they say is that i owe them due to compounded charges.
tge property was a lovely house.. now its all run down and apparently destroyed inside.

    can anyone help???
