  • Hi - Any help with PCP VT - excess mileage

    Hi,

i wasn’t of where to post so I’ve came here.

i had a PCP with VWFS and VT’d as early as I could within the final year.

A guy from BCA came and inspected the car, found no damage and collected. I received a report stating no damage and a log of the mileage.

i have since been invoiced by VWFS stating an excess mileage fee of nearly £3k. I phoned to complain and they stated I have done 30,000 mile more than what was on the odometer. They have escalated my complaint to a case handler.

Nearly 2 weeks have passed without any correspondence. I phoned the VWFS complaints number and they stated they have pro-rata’d the invoice based on when I VT’d.

Is there anybody that can offer assistance please?

    Thanks,
    Anth
