I have been going through months of complaints to Robinson way, concerning them trying to collect money from me from a very old so-called debt as they claim..i told them i aim statute barred..but they still chose to harasses m.. i asked them to please send me proof & records of everything but have told me it is irrelevant, and they do not have too, and they have just typed out a letter to me with no receipts or proof..and keep staying that it has been "Established via the courts" in which i have not received or seen anything regarding this from a legal paper from the courts.. Do i need to write to the Ombudsman concerning this complaint? thank you

look on Trust Online https://www.trustonline.org.uk/ Trust Online Registry Trust Limited County Court Judgments Orders and Fines see what if anything recorded and take details if so and come back here with the info regarding when /where/how who claimant was and the original alledged debt is and any your own info regarding it?
