Just introduce ourselves, we are a man and wife team we run a support group to help fathers in their fight against the Child Maintenance Services, We are just here to assist one of our members who was taken to court for wilfull refusal and culpable neglect to pay child support. He had paid just not through the Agency, however the court found him guilty of willful refusal and was given a 6 weeks suspended prison sentence, bound over for two years and ordered to pay the Agency's cost of £245 at a rate of £10 per week. The court order was quite clear that the £10 must be paid through the courts and not to the prosecution, which he has done ad has the court receipts to prove it. The Child Maintenance Services are issuing threats of sending him to prison as he has failed to pay them the £10 per week. I drafted up correspondence inviting the Child Maintenance Services to provide o copy of the order where our member had to pay them, which they state they are not in receipt of,
The letters of harrasment have continued by the public servants and so im in the process of drafting up a civil claim and an injunction against the Child Maintenance Services, i just need some assistance on how to do a particulars of claim
