this company has been pushing for money. I have no knowledge of them and have never ordered anything although a package did arrive a few months ago with some form of after shave product which I have in the box. I opened the package to see what it was. How do I report them and to who? I am over 80.

    Hi and welcome

Have you communicated with the company in anyway? complained to them.

It is an offence under the Unsolicited Goods And Services Act to send unsolicited goods and the attempt to charge for them.
Any goods sent in this manner can be retained by the receiver, who does not have to pay for them.
I don't suppose that is much use to you, but you may have a grandson

If you haven't already done so, write to them telling them you have not ordered any goods from them, and refer them to the act.
Their standard response is to say they have received an order from you or someone purporting to be you.

If you have already been down that road either ignore them or report to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice Bureau.
