Hello,
I’m sure you have had this before. I have received and appealed a “parking fine” from Civil Enforcement Ltd. I was 10 minutes over the time. I work as a Contact Worker for the local council which means I chaperone children in care. I cannot leave until they are collected. I explained this sent a photo of my ID yet my appeal has been unsuccessful. What do I do next? This is making me feel very stressed.
