i too have received a letter from the county court bulk centre on behalf of your money claim. They say I owe ‘your money claim ‘ £391.50 in relation to reclaiming mis sold insurance products. I did make enquiries about PPI and was sent forms to fill in by several different companies. I did not fill any of them in or as far as I remember sign anything to ask any company to pursue any claims. I am now at a loss as to how I can be being chased for money. They say i broke my term of engagement, but if I never signed anything or sent back details of banks etc that i wanted them to check for me, how can this be. Anyone got any ideas?

Who issued the claim? Ifyou can post up the claim with personal details removed others on here can help
