  • Hi All, I'm new to the site, I have a question about a CCJ

Hi there, I have recently received a letter from Lowell Solicitors in relation to a CCJ entered against me in 2013.
I wondered if anyone else has experienced a similar issue and how it was dealt with.
We are in the process of selling our home at the moment. There was a default removed from my credit report last year but the CCJ remains. Lowells have written to me to say that their client is considering its options to enforce the CCJ. I have had no contact with Lowell as yet. They suggest I call them to make a payment or make a payment on line.
Has anyone else experienced this? I don't know what to do for the best right now. Can anyone please advise.
    Many thanks
