Bw legal bailif action

Hi, I have received a email from bw legal, stating a county court Judgment has been taking against me and that i need to pay in next 7 days otherwise bailiff action will be taken , this is the first I’ve heard of this judgement as I moved from my previous address 2 years ago were the debt was, can some please advise me me on what is the best thing to do ?
