hi, first post here for me. I recently received a Civil Parking Charge Notice from a company called Athena ANPR regarding overstaying the allotted time in my local Lidl car park. I am informed by this document that the allowed duration of stay is 1 hour 30 mins and my duration of stay was 1 hour and 43 minutes. This is accompanied by a photograph of my car entering and leaving the car park complete with a time stamp.
i was going to just ignore this but I thought I would see if anybody here has any advice. I am now one day past the discount date so the charge is £90.
