Hi everyone. I'm not sure if I'm posting in the correct place, I'm new to forums.
I have a big problem with a Mercedes A class I bought in November. I would like a refund but the finance company are telling me I need to speak with the dealer, the dealer says no I need to speak with the finance company. They have my Car, which is 7 hours away. After 5 weeks the internal condensation fault I don't believe they resolved correctly after speaking with Mercedes and the other 1st gear seection lthey denying exists, and all they've done to inspect it is a road test.

      Hi and Welcome

Sounds as if you are being given the run around!

What sort of finance do you have?
      What was the purchase date?
      How old is the car?
      What was purchase price?
Have you actually stated you wish to reject the vehicle?
If so when and to whom?
Did you agree for a repair?

If you have rejected the vehicle after thirty days after purchase date, the dealer has the right to one attempt to repair.
This though is at his expense and no cost to yourself (includes delivery & collection) and with as little inconvenience as possible,

You may need to obtain a separate independent report to show the existence of the fault.
