I received a claim through the post for non payment of a credit card. i defended the claim using a template from this website, I asked for a copy of the Agreement as well as the default notice and the notice of assignment. I received the notice of assignment but nothing else. I have now had a copy of the claimants Allocation questionnaire and i have received a copy for myself to fill in. can somebody please advise what i should do and what happens next? thank you in advance.
