  • Proposed timetable for trial and listing fee

I urgently need some help in drafting the proposed timetable for trial to submit with my Listing Questionnaire. Do you by any chance have a precedent for a multi-track case and also can you provide guidance on the Listing Fee please.

There are some standard directions on the Justice website for various kinds of cases which might help - https://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/pr...mmon-occurance

    Timings - https://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/pr...l-arrangements

Hearing fee for Multitrack is £1090 - no listing fee - you can find fee info on the EX50 https://formfinder.hmctsformfinder.j...k/ex50-eng.pdf

    Multitrack CPR's/PD's - https://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/pr...rt29/pd_part29

Any support I provide is offered without liability, if you are unsure please seek professional legal guidance.

      Hi Happydays

Is this a claim you have issued or a claim against you?

If this case is in the Multi track it's likely to be over £25k so can you say what the claim is about since you appear to be handling this as a Litigant in Person?

Is the other side represented by solicitors so you need to be aware of any potential cost consequences?
