Mods, please move this post to an appropiate category if this is the wrong one.
I have a nephew detained under the MHA, in a low secure hospital.every time my wife and I visit him, we hear more stories of intimidation, harassment, swaering, etc from the staff directed to the patients. Now all of a sudden, he is denied parcels. He ordered a pair of trainers online. It was looked at and agreed by the ward staff. When the parcel came,he was told he can't have it a sit hasn't been agreed.Finally,2 weeks later he received his trainers.
My question is, Are the staff legally entitled to with hold his parcels, mail etc.
