      Do these people not risk assess matters before going to a court, or could it be that its just arrogance in terms of success ?

        It's mostly a numbers game. The losses against professionals and the odd LIP cost less than they recover from the vast majority and as a brucie bonus it also acts as a deterrent to many more. Mainly, judges let them slide on the shitty claims, and the claimants hope not to actually proceed to trial anyway hence not putting in any effort.

              You really do have to question their mentality though taking this case forward, they are below Boris Johnson levels if they thought they could actually win this case
