    Re: Paypal Dispute

I know it's no comfort, but as said you can claim the £36 back, then always send with insurance if over that amount.

I know it may seem unfair, but I have been on both sides and when paypal return your money as a buyer and you really have not recieved the items it's a great help.

If you see the amount of ebay buyers who put that they won't refund if item lost in post, and really think they are covered by that statement, the buyer does need some pretection too, and ebay let you charge for insurance in the postage cost so the buyer has to cover your expenses for the extra insurance anyway.

Although pop shows you sent it, if the item hasn't been delivered then the buyer will want their money back. I know I would. The service is there for people to take insurance and it should be used. I say that AFTER I was stung by paypal and its one of the most expensive lessions I learned. Paypal may well cough up on the one occasion but I had no joy with them even after showing pop.

EXC, thats a good site. Have been there from time to time.
