  • Faulty used car, purchased with PCP.

Hi there, hoping someone can shed some light on my rights here? Bought a used Mercedes Benz CLA in Nov 2017 from Stratstones. Since then, it has been in the garage 5 times for repairs. 4 times for the same issue. Even though they claim to have fixed this, I still feel the car is not performing as it should or was. As you can imagine, I’ve lost faith in the car. Am I able to reject this vehicle? I have tried rejecting it and Mercedes Benz have came back with the offer of a like for like car, same year, same spec and model. However, they have none in stock. I have seen one which was the same price as mine in Nov, but they are refusing this as the car is 6 months newer than mine. The only alternative they’ve now offered me is 2 months free PCP payments as compensation. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Tia.
