  • Barclays VT problems

    Hi,
I VT'd my car using the template letter from this site on 6 March. Barclays eventually rang me after nearly 2 weeks and informed me that I would have to pay £150 if I wanted the car collecting. I told them that I would not be paying this and they passed me over to the complaints department who were also adamant that I would have to pay this fee. A direct Debit was taken on the 8 March and I cancelled DD a few days later. I have sent them the template letter for collection charge dispute. i received another phone call off them saying that I would have to sign their documentation that they had posted out to me, and also the collection charge. Then a few days ago I received a letter saying that my account was in arrears because I obviously haven't paid this months payment. I also received a letter saying that my complaint was still being looked in to. It feels like I am hitting my head against a brick wall with them.
Should I send the 'Intention to Sell' template letter to them? I am just so fed up of the whole thing it has gone on this long and I don't feel I have got anywhere.
