  • Problem car and credit agreement discrepancy

    Hello all.
I would be hugely grateful if somebody could offer some advice.
last year I bought a car from a small dealer. They acted as a credit broker and arranged the hire purchase finance for me.
now, over the last year, I have had numerous problems with the car.....
and, after reading through the finance agreement and original invoice recently, I have noticed that on the credit agreementand invoice show the mileage as showing as in the 70k, when the car had 108K when I bought it...
Can I use this as a means to have the credit agreement cancelled and return the car!
the dealer has since gone out of business, so have no point of contact and more!
