I had an 11 plate car on finance with startline finance.
in december 2017 i sent it back under VT i took photos and had a letter from a local garage saying there was no damage to the car.
i sent all this to startline and they are saying i still have to pay them for £490 for repairs they made to body work of car.but made no reference to the letter garage had given me saying pictures werent dated.
i asked for the reciepts of work what was carried out.but they say manhiem auctions would have them.
need help as i dont know what to do as i still say there was no damage to car and it had only done 37000 miles.
