    Hi,
I voluntarily terminated my PCP with Audi Finance using a letter template from this forum. We are now in to the second week of the 14 days I gave for collection and I still haven’t received a response from Audi. What happens if the 14 days pass and there is still no response, can I stop paying? I’m passed the 50% point and 3 years in to a 4 year agreement.
    Any advice would be appreciated.

Update — 14 days are up and still not heard anything from Audi Finance. My letter was sent recorded delivery and was signed for on 2 Feb. Any thoughts on where I go next?..

        Hello

Depends what you want to do? You can either carry on holding onto it in which case you need to take reasonable care, or you can put them on notice that fi they don't collect the car then you can sell it. If you opt to selling it then you need to put them on notice about this and it has to comply with the relevant legislation.
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you
