Re: Civil Enforcement County Court Claim Form

        Hi Pipsy

You should receive a notice from the court in due course which formally allocates the claim to track (almost certainly Small Claims) & to the venue (almost certainly your chosen court).
Both parties also receive directions as to a deadline by which evidence supporting the respective claim & defence should be exchanged by the parties/filed at court.
We suggest that a comprehensive Witness Statement is also sent with this.
        http://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/pro...ess-statements

Oh, keep an eye on the deadline date by which the Claimant must pay the hearing fee (usually stated on the notice).

I believe it means that you win! The court will not be continuing with the case! Doesn't look like the court are happy with their POC, so well done for fighting it!

You now need to decide if you want to try and hit CEL for costs.
