  • Quick help please! Filing documents

    Hi there,

Quick question, I am to file and the court and serve "copies of all documents relied upon, even if these have previously been sent to your opponent and/or sent to the court"

Does this mean I have to send in copies of legislation and case law? I spoke to court but they weren't too definitive on this

Was just planning on sending witness statement/ photos / code of practice / PCN itself etc

    Thanks

YES, but if it is a particularly long case you may get away with an extract.
