Re: County Court Claim Received - P(arking)CN in Own LEASE SPACE

Claim has been defended and being referred to small claims!

Brother has forms to fill and return - I'll grab them tonight and post up exactly what they say.

It would be good if these lot just went away!

        Standard.

Fill it in and send 1 copy to them and 1 to the court.

          Thanks.

          Though in reality; what next?

Mediation on something they think are right on, we think otherwise = for judge/courts to decide?

If they agree to mediate then you go along with it. It's unlikely to work but whatever it'll keep the judge happy.

Have you read High Wycombe Three Approved Judgment.pdf

              Very interesting.

Read that briefly this morning but will read again later and highlight points within the document.

Not the exact scenario but a similar underlying issue which will help in the argument/case

This has come up again - apparently it's going to court.

I'll put up whatever I can re the docs received and might need some urgent advice!

                Thanks

Got a copy of what they emailed by bro

                      Pages 1-4

                      (have split re file sizes)

**EDIT - The rest of the pages show an overhead site plan, and photos of the tickets on the car.. Not sure they are all that relevant - though I can put up if requred

                        To confirm,

You were parked in your brothers space (or an area he was entitled to by way of lease )

If so you must do a witness statement of your own, get one from your brother too as well as a copy of his lease and send to the court and claimant by the date stated on the court instructions (usually 14 days prior to the hearing).

                          Very far down the line..

Brother has ended up getting 4 CCJs from these idiots!!!

He replied to some of the Parking Charge Notices - some they listened to, some they didnt... then have followed up and he's ended up getting stung!

WIth them beyond the 30 days to get paid and Satisfaction Certificates - can he still go through the appeal process to get these wiped?

If anyone can suggest a solicitor that deals with this sort of thing, maybe parking crap included that would be appreciated.

He's finally seeing the seriousness of this bullshit - and they need to be sorted.

                          Thanks
