I have made them an offer to save time and court hearing over the phone. They say it has to be in writing so have aent an email as requested by them too. Their turn around is 10 working days and the hearing is on the 13th.
I have asked the court about adjourning the date but been advised this can come with a cost of between £50 -£155 .
Can any1 help with a witness statement.
I am thinkin if i do have to attend then might aswell have something to say and show rather then sit there like a muppett.

Im hopin PE will reply before the 13th 😕

Essentially it'll just be that you got the notice, saw the time, went back to the site, took pictures.

All you need is to expand that so that your point about unclear signs is brought i to evidence. The photos should be referenced as exhibits 1,2,3 etc

You need to submit them 14 days beforehand, as did they. As you are late do it asap and chance it.

To the claimant and court. Ask if both will accept email. If not post to the address on the claim form and the court it was allocated too.

Did you get any evidence from them ?

Re: Parking Eye Claim form received

Yes Parking eye sent and eye watering amount of paper work which is easily around 60+ pages although majority of that is previous case examples etc.
There are pics of my car entering and exiting the car park and they have pics of the actual signs printed too

Parking eye might accept email but state it can take upto 10 working days for them to respond to it whereas the hearing is next week

Probably just post it to them then. Being late is probably a bit of an issue but what else are you going to do ?
