          Hi

They claim that the driver either exceeded the paid-for period, or that it was all unpaid. (NtK says expired or unpaid).
Either would potentially incur a PCN.
But you say that it was paid for.
          Someone is mistaken.

            Hi,

A 12 hour ticket was paid for. My stay lasted approx 8 hours. However, there is no VRN on the ticket (although I did input it on the day).
Not sure if this is the reason for the PCN as it hasn’t been mentioned in any of their correspondence so far.
I have received a further reminder in the past 7 days.

Can you please advise if there is anything I can do to have this charge cancelled?

            Thank you.
