  • Another Parking Charge Notice

Mystery1 you were kind enough to help me last year with a parking charge, I've been careless enough to get another one this year. The company is Euro Car Parks and they're demanding £70 for overstaying in a car park with ANPR. I did pay for 2 hours of parking, and I was late back (minutes not hours), I accept that, but I think £70 is extortionate.

It seems (from what I can glean from looking at a few threads) that things have changed a bit since last year. What is the current advice? Appeal? Ignore? Pay? I've done nothing at all so far.

    Thanks,

    Irish

      Appeal, popla & win.

      Dear Sirs,

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals process. The driver did not see any signs . I note your notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to PoFA 2012 schedule 4 para 9 in several aspects .

Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.

      Yours etc

If popla is need let me know.
