  • Parking Eye Fine

Hi, I am new to this site and hope you can advise me. I have never had any parking fine, speeding ticket etc, so unsure of what to do. I have received a Parking Charge notice reminder today (even though I have not received a Parking Charge Notice prior to this), stating I owe £100 or £60 if I pay by tomorrow.

Basically, I was parked in a car park and was sat in the car 99% of the time. I apparently overstayed my welcome by parking longer than is allowed. Could you please let me know if Parking Eye can enforce this charge, how they can justify a charge of £100 for allegedly overstaying by 24 minutes and how can I appeal/avoid this charge?

    Many thanks

Can you scan the ticket and post it up without your name and address (leave dates).

What do you need to see, as there is obviously personal info on the notice?
