All I can think is it must be an oversight by the landlord who owns the flat. I will see if I can find out a bit more on how spaces are allocated.

I have just emailed the follow up letters to Kati. They all seem rather official which is quite worrying. The debt collector is now going to recommend court action. I have only sent you 1 copy of each letter however I have 4 seperate fines. Please can you take a look and let me know your thoughts?

DRP can only recommend someone takes court action as it's not theirs. Bogroll. File it.

I reckon the initial notice to keeper is flawed anyway so even if UKPC did grow a pair they should lose.

Nothing DRP say means anything. They have no standing. They cannot take anyone to court.

Add them to the other bogroll.
