charitynjw Welcome back

Do you think I stand a chance if I appeal via IAS? The letter allowed me to still pay half, I don't want to end up paying the full amount. Yes,
I know I sound like a coward

Hi momy

To anyone who has any knowledge of the issues surrounding the private parking industry ( @ostell has extensive experience in this area), IAS & their 'cozy' relationship with IPC, & the solicitor-of-choice which many IPC members use, is widely regarded as a complete & utter joke.
Unfortunately, not a very amusing one.
The chances of winning an IAS appeal are allegedly slim to non-existent, but as that is the only appeal route available, if you go down the appeal route you have to use it.
You never know....you might be one of the few lucky IAS 'lottery' winners.

The choice between paying the discounted rate or fighting on must be yours alone.
Personally, I wouldn't pay them a plugged nickel.

& no, they cannot clamp your car.
