PPS parking fine

Parked in Plymouth today and received a parking ticket. Returned to my car and the ticket was issued at 1955hrs and my displayed ticket expired at 2029hrs.
I have tried to speak with them, and all I told them was the driver and no details. They have said that they have a photo of a ticket that expired at 1946hrs.
Not sure what to do next, as my ticket hadn't expired, but they still state you must pay the fine or I will be taken to court.

can anyone give some advice.

Could you post up a copy of the Notice to Driver (windscreen ticket)?
Obscure identifiers (reg no).
Did you take pics of site signage?
If so, them as well please.
