  • Hi, PCC's

I have received a parking charge notice from TNC Parking Services following the one on my windscreen claiming I had no ticket. In fact I had paid a full day's parking (2) but the machine, after accepting the 1st coin, rejected 4 more, accepted my final coin then when I pressed the button for ticket only provided parking for 1. Lighting too poor on a wet, dark winters day so could not see display clearly. As I was now late I wrote on the ticket that I'd paid full day (why would I pay 1 and risk a ticket for the sake of another 1 if not true!) Could I actually report them as their machines are not fit for purpose and have others at work who are now not parking there because of this and would be witnesses. I have the original ticket I wrote on. Can you advise please - should I just appeal? I've been told all appeals are likely to be rejected anyway. Thanks
