Hi e
My son in law nipped into a parking space to quickly pick up a pizza, came out and a ticket warden had stuck a PCN on his screen, he spoke to warden and was made aware he was in a disabled bay. he said fair cop, and sorry. he finally looked at ticket today , past 14 day deadline , but noticed the number plate on ticket is wrong, its not his number plate, the make and color is correct , but not number plate . there is no mention photo evidence is available . Can he challenge this ticket , or can he ignore it ? I previously dealt with this council before and asked for a discretionary waiver as first offence, they waived it. is this an option?
thanks in advance.
