Hi, can someone advise me on how to deal with a claim form I have received from the claimant parking eye. I have been through all the rigmarole of letters etc and finally got advised to dispute the matter in order for me to receive a popla ref no. Which I did receive after parking eye rejected my appeal but very stupidly forgot to send off this popla appeal. I was given one last chance to pay up which I ignored and have now received a claim form to fill in & send off to county court business centre. It's in my daughters name & she wasn't driving the car that day it was me her mother,
