The PPC i received was for a supposed overstay in a 3 hour free car park , my vehicle as the parking company state on car park for about 4 .5 minutes , anyway mystery one gave me help and eventually ,MIL Truro discontinued , these cowboys had bought the supposed debt from parking awareness services Blackpool, who also passed with the sale my personal data , pas had also used or supplied my data to a debt company , do i have any cause to take PAS to court and the other 2 companies to court for breach of data and do i include DVLA in this for not finding out if these companies had good reason to apply and receive personal data . How should i ward any letter and whome should i write to , thanks for any help with this matter
