    Hi am new to this I'm classed as a disabled driver went out on to a shopping centre parks in a disabled bay did not see any sign stating I had to pay I have now been given a parking ticket for parking

    It is probably best if we move your post to the parking section rather than this thread. Don't worry Kati can sort that out and someone should hopefully be along to point you in the right direction.

        Post up the PCN you received, redacted so that you can't be identified, but leave the dates.

        There is usually a section on most signs that says BB holders must pay.
